Item sent was exactly what I ordered and I received it the next day! Unfortunately this part would not work with the older style Honeywell dampers and I had to return. Would have rated a 5 for quick shipping and great customer service but they would not sell me the complete damper assembly I needed. Only available to contractors. Your loss, as I simply ordered from another supplier who was more than happy to fill my order.

Great price and quick delivery for these damper actuators, which unfortunately are not known for their longevity! That’s a manufacturing issue. But they do have the blade position indicator which is helpful when troubleshooting an actuator not within easy reach
