I received the bulb only not with the lamp holder (blue part in the picture). A replacement bulb costs 20-30$ but I needed the holder as well. Seeing the item pictured and the price I assumed it was included. Unfortunately not! I was allowed to return the bulb less total shipping (the cost of a new bulb) buyer beware
